You will not be able to send or receive email on the @privia.one domain.

If you have a Privia Managed Google Workspace (G-Mail) email you will send email from your Care Center's custom domain.

If you have a legacy priviamedicalgroup.com email account you will continue to send email from that domain.

If you suspect your privia.one identity is being used by anyone, please contact Privia immediately.
