Setting up a recovery phone and/or email allows you to reset your password in the event you forget it without contacting Privia

Click on the Profile Button that has the Privia Health Logo in the upper right hand corner, then
click Manage Your Google Account (or click underlined link to be taken directly there - opens in new tab)



On the left hand navigation Click Security

On the Navigation bar in the upper left corner, Click Security (or click underlined link to be taken directly there - opens in new tab).

Scroll to the center of the page to Ways we can verify it's you

Here you will see the Recovery phone and Recovery email. If neither is set you will see Add a mobile phone number and/or Add an email address otherwise they will show the current values.

Add Recovery phone

1. Click Add a mobile phone number

2. You will be prompted to enter your password, use the password for your privia.one account

3. Click ADD RECOVERY PHONE

4. Enter a valid mobile phone number and Click Next

Use a mobile phone that:

  • Gets text messages

  • Belongs only to you

  • You use regularly and keep with you

Privia will never use this phone number to contact you unless it is also listed on the roster. This is number will be solely used for the security of your privia.one account.

Add Recovery email

Click Add an email address

If prompted for your password enter the password for your privia.one account

Type the email address you want to use as your recovery email



Update Recovery phone

Click Add a mobile phone number or Click the Pencil Icon to update

If prompted for your password enter the password for your privia.one account

Click ADD RECOVERY PHONE



Update Recovery email

Click Add an email address

If prompted for your password enter the password for your privia.one account

Type the email address you want to use as your recovery email
